Step 3. Next, you disable all three tasks in that folder
Step 4. Now you navigate to Ask Scheduler Library > Microsoft > Windows > Customer Experience Improvement Program
Step 5. Lastly, you disable all three tasks in that folder.
For Windows 10, you need to remove CompatTelRunner.exe from the registry
Step 1. Open Registry Editor by pressing Windows Key + R, type Regedit and hit Enter.
Step 2. In the left pane of Registry Editor, you navigate to following registry key:
Step 2. At corresponding right pane, you look for the TelemetryController entry and rename it to TelemetryControllerX
Step 3. Lastly, you restart your computer.
